• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 business days (dependent on courier service)

• Advance Payment: Accepted via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
• Pre-order or Custom Products: Require mandatory advance payment
